Job Description

•Main Objective: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for Maintaining and Improving, reviewing and participating in the work of staff responsible for Mechanical or Electrical maintenance, machinery and related facilities (includes but not limited to Induction Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Overhead Cranes, and Utility Equipment), Electrical & Instrumentation •Main Responsibilities: -Carry out both preventive as well as corrective maintenance in the operating departments -Responsible for preparation of Annual Preventive Maintenance Check list -Managing shifts independently and execution of planned and breakdown maintenance activities -Monitoring the adherence of Preventive and break down maintenance -Lead and guide all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at the plant site including safety, costs, environmental aspects and equipment availability electrical, controls and instrumentation plan -Ensure high standards in the provision of mechanical and electrical maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices -Ensure optimal availability, reliability and maintenance of all equipment for achieving the plant’s production targets. -Strategic and operational interactions with Plant Manager *Salary will depend on Relevant Years of experience, Exposure in Relevant Technology and Process, Current Role & Responsibilities, Span of control
