Job Description

Objectives: Lead the overall Store / Shipping Department and oversee the logistics, distribution and warehousing functions of the Company in line with the delivery deadlines and requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Full accountability and authority over the logistic function including distribution center and delivery management. - Plan, develop, and implement activities related to the logistic field of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance evaluation. - Proactively co-ordinate all processes to ensure customer satisfaction. - Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function - Regularly interact with executives and major clients which may result in influencing and/or persuading customer negotiations - Documentation and correspondence follow-up Reporting to: Managing Director
