Job Description
• Identifying, analyzing, researching, negotiating, and resolving legal and business issues in proposed
contracts, and making appropriate recommendations to business;
• Reviewing all contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational
requirements;
• Preparing contract summaries and/or issues lists for the direct manager and/or business owners;
• Reviewing the business situation to select, propose and recommend the appropriate type of agreement to
the respective manager or team member;
• Updating databases and maintaining accurate records of contracts in addition to facilitate the administration of the contract renewal process;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and providing guidance on contract standards
