• Identifying, analyzing, researching, negotiating, and resolving legal and business issues in proposed
contracts, and making appropriate recommendations to business;
• Reviewing all contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational
requirements;
• Preparing contract summaries and/or issues lists for the direct manager and/or business owners;
• Reviewing the business situation to select, propose and recommend the appropriate type of agreement to
the respective manager or team member;
• Updating databases and maintaining accurate records of contracts in addition to facilitate the administration of the contract renewal process;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and providing guidance on contract standards
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law from reputable universities,
- Master degree in private law or international trade law is a plus,
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of laws & regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
