• The ideal candidate should have the ability to work on the development and customization of open-source applications (e.g., Mautic, SuiteCRM) and be capable of integrating them with various third-party services.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Eloquent ORM, and MVC architecture.
• Solid experience with Redis for storage and queue management.
• Strong grasp of MySQL/PostgreSQL and advanced database concepts.
• Working knowledge of Git in a collaborative development environment.
• Familiarity with Filament (basic to intermediate level).
• Ability to handle errors, log events, and analyze reports.
• Proficiency with Docker for development and deployment.
• Strong time management and accountability in task delivery.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant code.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
• Experience with system monitoring tools for performance optimization.
