Job Description

Branch manager/assist manager is responsible to basically run the branch under supervision of the Plus Academy. managers of all branches make and submit reports to the management and the Head Office on a regular basis. Qualified teachers with no management experience can still apply for the this position. -Organizing and arranging classes -Doing placement tests -Giving educational consultation to students -Observing lessons and giving feedback -Professional interaction with branch staff and teachers -All Plus Academy Managers and Education Officers are assessed by the management and the Education Department at the Head Office, and given feedback on their performance. They are expected to professionally welcome the feedback given to them and enhance their performance and qualifications.

Requirements

-Relevant university degree and experience as a manager or education officer will be an advantage -At least 3 years of teaching experience -Awareness over teaching methodologies -International teaching or training certificate: TOT, CELTA by Cambridge or Cert. TESOL by Trinity will be a determining advantage -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 50 -High command of English
