Job Description
- Provide technical support to district LAN Administrators and office personnel. - Implement and support network configurations for multiple network services including: desktops, servers, routers, switches, and firewalls. - Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of IT systems. - Thorough knowledge of tools, hardware, and software used in the IT functional area and legacy platforms. - Be mindful of network performance and take proactive measures to keep the network operating efficiently. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- More than 5 years’ experiences in LAN and IT infrastructure. - Intermediate/advanced knowledge of network management tools. - Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft LAN services and products. - Intermediate/advanced knowledge of CUCM. - Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SMB firewalls and UTMs series. - Familiarity with VMware and infrastructure switching. - Familiarity with WLAN implementation and support. - Familiarity with IP Camera technology. - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. - Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. - Excellent verbal and written co
