Job Description

- Responsible for quality planning, & laboratory ongoing tests (including microbiology), in compliance with national and international standards - Overlooking the "Product Standardization Assurance" process and defining quality standards in ongoing bases - Updating and renewing operational licenses in compliance with any statutory requirements. - Training and managing the staff to ensure full compliance with health and safety standards ranging from procurement to production and storage in specific regards to flour, seasoning, oil and the end product; noodles.

Requirements

- Education: Master's in Food Science, Food Industrial Technology, Food Industrial Design from a reputable university - Knowledge and experience in noodle production in specific or any flour based foodstuff in general - Skills: fully trained and capable of conducting foodstuff laboratory tests, food microbiology and data analysis - Advanced Computer Literacy - ISO 9001- 22000 trained
