Job Description
- Responsible for quality planning, & laboratory ongoing tests (including microbiology), in compliance with national and international standards
- Overlooking the "Product Standardization Assurance" process and defining quality standards in ongoing bases
- Updating and renewing operational licenses in compliance with any statutory requirements.
- Training and managing the staff to ensure full compliance with health and safety standards ranging from procurement to production and storage in specific regards to flour, seasoning, oil and the end product; noodles.
