Job Description:
As a Knowledge Management Team Lead, you will:


Lead and supervise the Knowledge Management team and unit knowledge leaders
Develop and execute knowledge management strategies
Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and enable organizational learning
Oversee knowledge systems, platforms, and process maturity
Collaborate with universities, research centers, and R&D institutions

Qualifications:


Proven experience in knowledge management and team leadership
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
Ability to align knowledge initiatives with organizational strategy
