Be able to identify big customers and add them to the system and increase the commitment of existing customers. Be able to produce new projects for big customers Making and implementing plans in line with annual sales targets (current customers, new customers) Analytical perspective Has strong communication skills, dominates customer psychology, and focuses on sales and success Proactive and problem-solving competence and high negotiating power, high persuasiveness Experienced in team management Dynamic, hardworking, self –motivated, imitative taker, result oriented Establish strategic business relationships by identifying personnel with decision-making and purchasing authority in companies Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work oriented Good organization, planning and time management skills Empathy ability and communication skills improved Establish product strategies and determine relevant marketing strategies Develop the Marketing Plan by identifying key issues and opportunities Collaborate with the Trade Sales Department to develop communication strategies and sales development activities New product development and propose to develop packages, weights, price for existing products Develop recommendations and action plans according to the research data and reports Coordinate events, promotions and other projects with agents Marketing budget planning and management for big customers
Requirements
Preferably graduated from the Food Engineering, Economics, Business or Management departments of universities At least 5 years work experience in sales departments of institutional firms, preferably at least 3 years in the Food, Bread or Flour Improvers, Pastry Products, Yeast. Be able to make MS Office programs especially using MS Excel, pectoral analysis and reporting Good command of English and/or Turkish Completed military service for male candidates No restriction to travel (own driving license) Based in Tehran
