- Main responsibilities : First line support for shared hosting and domain registration services, resolving clients issues through phone and ticketing system, directing clients to choose right package for their business
- Reporting to : Web Hosting Manager

- Working hours : Sat - Wed 8:30am - 5:30pm
Requirements
- University qualifications : BSc in Computer Engineering
- Specialist knowledge : Knowledge of working with Website Panel, WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk and also Windows Server & Linux OS
- Other Skills : Respectfully and patiently resolve client issues
