Job Description

-Ensure successful software & feature releases by coordinating all phases of software development (scope, design, development, testing, end-user training, roll-out planning) -Plan, develop, and manage accurate views of project resources, schedules, milestones, critical path, and status across multiple software projects -Work with development and enrollment agencies to ensure timely progress towards project commitments. Quickly eliminate barriers to deliverable. Provide leadership in problem resolution and alternative evaluation -Work closely with development and enrollment agencies to manage and prioritize projects through their life-cycle -Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues -Provide support in Quality Assurance testing and testing of recovery plans -Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for IT related tasks -Build relationships across business divisions to understand various technological needs

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Any IT related field -Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or technical project management / Minimum 2 years of software development experience -Familiar with planning and project management international credentials (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) -Microsoft SharePoint, Project and Office Suite proficiency -Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills -Willingness to roll up sleeves and "do whatever it takes" with high attention to detail -Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills -Ideal Age Range: 27 - 33 -Must be fluent in English
