POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who can support the conceptual and visual execution of client experiences and grow rapidly through hands-on delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work—using AI tools to accelerate learning, exploration, and execution under guidance.

Your responsibilities include:

· Research: Collect references, study competitors, build mood boards, and explore visual directions—using AI-assisted tools to expand inspiration and speed up research
· Execution Support: Translate briefs into clean, high-quality design outputs under guidance from creative leads, iterating faster with AI-supported exploration
· UI/UX Support: Assist with visual design for digital products—layouts, components, typography, and visual consistency
· Graphic Design: Produce assets across formats (static, simple motion, social, campaign), maintaining brand alignment while increasing output efficiency with AI where appropriate
· Illustration Support: Create sketches, storyboards, mockups, and supporting visuals, using AI as a learning and ideation aid—not a replacement for fundamentals
· Production & Delivery: Prepare files, export variants, and ensure deliverables are production-ready across digital and print

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Work closely with Art Directors and creative leads to execute visual tasks with speed and quality
• Use AI tools to explore visual alternatives, references, and layout ideas before refining final outputs
• Build and maintain organized design files, variants, and asset libraries
• Produce social content and campaign assets based on established creative direction
• Support website and product visuals across mobile, tablet, and desktop formats
• Join internal reviews, iterate fast, and apply feedback accurately and consistently
• Coordinate with Project Management to keep deliverables on track
• Learn continuously—design tools, AI-assisted workflows, trends, and craft—through real projects, not theory
