Job Description

Post and after sales service, administrative task - Daily office administration issues - Following up orders and ongoing issues and projects in detail - Assist managers to provide presentations - Responsible for arranging the meeting - To play the role of the coordinator, both internally and externally - Support in organizing Marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, advertising in magazines and other published materials, etc. - Be able to respond well to pressure - Work well in a team and with a wide range of people - Desired start date: as soon as possible - Working hours: 44 hours per week - Travel requirements: Rare - Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable - Commission / Bonus: No

Requirements

* University degree preferred * 0-5 years experience in sales, import and export related issues * Excellent English skills * Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word * Ideal Age Range: 22-29 * Gender Preference: Female * Current Residence: Tehran * Comfortable with flexible working hours. Happy to stay longer hours when required * Being organized and dedicated with good communication skills * Teamwork skills and ability to work without supervision * Should be pro-active and responsible * Good attention to details * Motivated and energetic * Follow instructions * Committed * Mature * Enjoys working * Confident about the company and his/ her position * Well-disciplined * Self-motivated * Candidate should have valid passport or driver's license
