Objective: Translate, write and compile news items for Persia Digest website Main Responsibilities: Write news items Write reports on current events Translate news Compile news items Be updated about developing events Upload the news item on the website Reporting to: CEO Duration: Permanent Desired Start Date: ASAP Probation: 3 months Working Hours: Sat-Thu 9-17 Travel Requirements: None Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Requirements
University Qualifications: University degree in translation or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent Other Certifications : A certificate in journalism is an advantage Previous Experience : At least one year experience in news writing Experience in news agencies not necessary but an advantage Specialist Knowledge: Journalism Other Skills: Interest in news, journalism and being up-to-date Language Skills: Excellent command of English especially written English
