*Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT/IS Manager to lead all technology and information systems operations at Behvazan. This role is critical to ensuring reliable infrastructure, proper management of IT/IS projects and budget, implementation of ERP systems, and strong cybersecurity in close coordination with the Group SOC.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise IT/IS staff.
-Manage IT/IS budget, vendors, and technology projects.
-Ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, etc.).
-Drive ERP system implementation and ongoing support.
-Monitor cybersecurity and coordinate with Group SOC.
-Report IT performance, risks, and progress to senior management.

*Qualifications:
-Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
-7+ years’ experience in IT/IS, including at least 3 years in leadership.
-Strong expertise in infrastructure, ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus
