Job Description

Design and document IT service management processes such as Change management ,CMDB ,Event and Incident and etc. Synchronize IT Service management processes with organizational management system and its processes monitor and control All Service management Process Communicate with related stakeholders to obtain their requirements to redesign IT services Prepare analytical reports about the last status of the IT services ,CMDB and KPIs related to services. Ensure optimum output of ITIL processes and services

Requirements

At least three years of experience in design, implement and maintain the processes of ITIL V3 and V4 framework or ISO20000-1:2011 Acquaintance with ISO9001:2015 and audit procedure Acquaintance with ISO27000 and audit procedure Familiarity with Network infrastructure Familiar with software production processes Expert in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSP, and Visio) Fluent in English Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals ITIL Certification version 3 and version 4 Service Management configuration management Network+ and CCNA LPIC1 Resource Management Ability to coach and mentor process staff Good command in English Language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
