Job Description

Sepid System Co. is looking for IT technical support engineers who are experienced in the deployment and support software solutions. In Sepid we design and implement software-hardware solutions for access control and attendance systems based on biometrics (fingerprint, face, iris), RFID card and license plate recognition. Your main roles are the deployment of our software-hardware based solutions in the customer’s site, troubleshooting the problems and supporting the solutions. Our software systems are based on Microsoft family technologies (Dot Net, C#, SQL).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software deployment and support • Expert in database concepts and SQL Server • Experience in Windows Server and configuring the OS • Familiar with computer network fundamentals and protocols • Familiar with software testing • Skilled in communication with customers • Familiar with the English Language (Reading, Writing, Comprehension)
