At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated IT support engineer to join our expanding IT team. If you enjoy solving IT problems and helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot flaws in software, hardware configuration, communication equipment, and then fix problems as they arise.
- Communicate updates and problems to other employees, as well as those in management roles.
- Upgrade, repair, and maintain computer networks.
- Troubleshoot various network issues and monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance.
- Finding solutions to the problems and obstacles that users face due to Internet limitations and sanctions.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in this field.
- High motivation in learning and solving problems.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, networking, and hardware basics.
- Empathetic and patient, even with frustrated or non-technical users.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Carefully follows procedures and tracks changes.
- Fluency in English.
