Job Description

● Daily control of all network ports and related resources in monitoring software. ● Control server access levels and update them. ● Periodically visit servers and server room equipment and IT equipment. ● Update IT instructions and procedures as needed. ● Periodic control of server storage and backups - cloud backups. ● Quality control of Internet and intranet communication links - Sip Trunks. ● Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. ● Control and maintenance of CCTV system for continuous and stable operation. ● Control of servers and network services. ● Track system logs and maintain logs related to Internet use. ● Pursuit of 3CX VoIP system. ● Email Expansion System Management.

Requirements

● Familiarity with project control and related software (Visio - AutoCAD) ● Familiarity with ticketing systems ● level of familiarity with the service and IT systems is as follows: "Cisco CCNA R&S: Excellent Cisco CCNP R&S: Intermediate HP Servers (ProLiant) Setup and Basic Maintenance: Excellent FortiGate NSE4 : Intermediate VMWare ESXi (VCP Certification): Excellent Storage system familiarity like EMC,HP,Qnap (Storage+ or above) : Intermediate VOIP (3cx, Elastix) : Intermediate Cisco Firewalls Familiarity: Intermediate Cisco Wireless system Familiarity: Basic Network Passive familiarity: Excellent Ability to work with monitoring systems (SolarWinds is preferred): Intermediate Common Software (MS Office, …): Excellent AutoCAD – Visio: Basic" ● Bachelor's degree in computer engineering (Infrastructure, hardware, IT). ● At least 2-4 years of work experience in a related field. ● Familiarity with English: Intermediate.
