Develop and implement complex programs for the development of IT and ERP systems.
Prepare and approve organizational and administrative, project, technical, and other documentation for the operation of hardware and software.
Ensure the improvement of the IT and telecom equipment and testing techniques.
Create equipment lists, summaries, graphs, and reports.
Participate in the inventory of equipment.
Prepare organizational and administrative, project, technical, and other documentation for the operation of hardware and software and ICT equipment.
Provision of acquisition, implementation, operation, and repair of ICT systems, servers, network, and computer equipment, software, information services, and communications services.
Control contractors in the direction of ICT and ERP.
Determine the need for ICT equipment and materials and develop plans for the introduction of new ICT and ERP systems.
Prepare and provide statistical, managerial, and other required reports.
Perform any related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a must.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Upper-Intermediate English competency.
Knowledge of Windows 10-11.
Solid understanding of deploying MS Windows workstation.
Fluent in MS Office.
Understanding the OSI model.
Understanding of DNS, and DHCP.
Base understanding of how email works.
Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting tools on MS Windows workstations.
