Job Description
• Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure: hardware and software so it can fully support the business needs and is compliant with the corporate standards. • Provide timely and high quality technical support to the users based on the incidents reported. • Monitor and maintain the performance of network components and data management. • Maintain quality procedures and measures for the IT infrastructure and ensure appropriate documentation is in place. • Research, develop, implement, test and review an organization's information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access. • Lead/contribute to all the IT relevant projects to ensure consistency of operations. • Develop IT related standard operating procedures. Ensure ongoing education to the users. • Collaborate with the Business and other Platform Functions for better solutions, with Regional and HQ IT as required.
Requirements
• University degree in Information Technology • 4-8 years of relevant experience, • Strong technical knowledge on network, hardware, software • Understanding on how IT facilitates business operations • Customer focus – maintaining relationship, anticipating the needs and providing solutions to all internal customers • Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, define and implement processes, prepare relevant documentation • Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
