Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards
• Develop optimized SQL queries and data models
• Investigate data discrepancies between systems
• Perform data reconciliation across ERP, operational systems, and BI
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business units and Support business users in KPI definitions and
metric alignment
• Develop data dictionaries and KPI definitions
• Maintain documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reports

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP data structures
• Exposure to data governance and master data concepts
• Understanding of financial, sales, inventory, and production KPIs
Technical Competencies:

Data & Database:

• Advanced SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, indexing concepts, query optimization)
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (fact/dimension modeling, star schema, snowflake schema)
• Experience with ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, loading, validation)
• Knowledge of OLAP cubes Tabular modeling
• Understanding of data reconciliation and validation techniques

BI & Reporting:
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar platforms
• Dashboard design principles and KPI visualization
• Development of complex reports with drill-down and dynamic filtering
• Performance optimization of reports and datasets

Architecture & Governance:
• Understanding of Data Warehouse architecture
• Familiarity with data governance practices
• Experience working with external BI vendors or implementation partners
• Version control and documentation standards.

Education:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required; Intermediate or Service Operations certification is a plus.

Experience:
• 5-8 years of Data Engineering and BI development experience.
• Experienced in SQL and data warehousing projects
• Prior experience in manufacturing or the beverage / FMCG industry strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Power BI, SSIS, and SSAS certifications are considered an advantage.
