Requirements

Task Complexity: •To manage internal/external IT system security audits and checks based on yearly audit plan. •To manage regular Vulnerability and Penetration Tests on IT Infrastructures and Systems/Services. •To identify potential areas where existing security policies and procedures, and controls require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. •To define and enforce IT security checklists for new systems and existing systems considering the MTN Irancell standards and requirements. •To manage operations of ITS Security systems including: o Log management and activity monitoring systems and access processes o Antivirus and anti-spam systems o Single sign on and identity management solutions •To establish and manage security incident response team to handle important security incidents/alerts, investigate the root cause in collaboration with SOC team, establish corrective controls and minimize impact . •To hold regular security meetings and report the Security operation issues to management on a monthly basis. •To support security awareness programs throughout the organization to keep MTNIrancell system users are aware of latest threats. •To respond properly to external bodies of authority correspondences regarding the security systems and issues. •To prepare and provide related security status and threats to the management and related stakeholders also plan to mitigate identified risks. Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity: •Leadership in the promotion of information security across the Technical operation teams. •To research and incorporate the latest international trends in security operation management.
