Job Description
• Preparing project plan using project control tools • Creating project control reports in project control systems and preparing failure structure • General and partial planning and scheduling of the project in different phases of its implementation • Control, follow up and monitor the progress of teams • Cooperation and supervision in preparing project reports and progress • Determining and preparing the documentation system in project management • Update and prepare reports of projects (daily, weekly, and monthly) • Managing project stakeholder meetings
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology and Software Engineer • At least 2 years of experience in project control in the field of IT • Proficient in planning and controlling IT projects and developing software • Familiar with the telecom industry • Proficient in project control concepts and standards and cost and time management • Familiar with the concepts of agile development framework, its methodologies and distributions • Familiar with the concepts of service management and ITIL framework • Familiar with common project control tools (such as MSP) and agile project control tools (such as Jira) • Ability to analyze and extract KPI • Proficient in project control and planning • Good communication skills • Ability to work in a team • Good follow-up
