Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, ideally in the IT field.
• Mastery of project management software and methodologies.
• Proficiency in software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding negotiation principles and techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on achieving mutually beneficial results.
• Competence in team leadership.
• Familiarity with information technology and network concepts.
• Capacity to plan, track, and manage several projects concurrently.
• Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• A goal-driven mindset backed up by a proven history of achieving or surpassing objectives.
• Experience in creating reports and standard project management documents.
• Comfortable using organizational information technology tools.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building connections and influencing at all tiers.
