Managing the production of the required deliverables Conducting and facilitating planning and review meetings, daily, refinement, and sprint review meetings.
Monitoring the workflow of the project during time box
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
Assisting development manager and team lead with teams methodology assurance
Reporting through agreed lines on project/ product progress
Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning, and control of the project
Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
Working closely with the development manager to manage the project scope
Following up on all agreed activities
Coordinating and managing publishing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
Extensive experience in team coordination.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principle methodology for software projects
knowledge of project planning and control, time and scope management.
Familiarity with Jira would be a definite advantage.
At least one-year work experience as a project coordinator or project controller.
Ability to manage and facilitate review and planning meetings
Ability to meet deadlines, time management and manage competing priorities.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong ability to manage effective communication among team members.
