Job Description
This year the industrial group has decided to open up chain stores with the approach of supplying different types of mother care products during pregnancy as well as child care products up to age ten with high quality and reasonable prices under the name of (Moshtarian Bartar chain stores). at the present time there is no similar chain store with this function in the country and by developing these stores ,customers will be able to find a considerable amount of their needs in one place and under one roof which helps them to save a lot of time and cost. Accordingly and based on the plan in phase one ,at least 20 branches will be opened in best neighborhoods in Tehran. Also we will develop franchising model with eligible people all over Iran.
Responsibilities
• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees,
communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and
procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute
to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Manages complex technical projects and issues
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup and recovery
policies and technical documentation procedures for all IT services to
avoid business disruption in an emergency
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
