Job Description

- Consult with company and assist in development of strategy, plans, and solutions for company IT system, including software development and focused projects - Coordinate operational activities with external stakeholders - Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities - Active role in Process analyzing, scheduling and time management, synchronizing, tests and Delivering project - Studying requirements made by users and presenting a suitable solution regarding the requirement - Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements - Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation - Analyze the information gathered from existing systems and specify the goals of the systems - Examine the needs of users and provide the right solution - Investigate and find the best way to collect the information needed by top management levels or other systems - Design and analysis of the system and provide the operational reports - Estimate time, cost, manpower and tools required for software projects - Manage IT daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing Standards and setting deadlines - Evaluate employee performance - Develop organizational IT policies or programs - Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as Hardware and software upgrades - Effectively plan and budget for the enterprise’s IT needs, including procurement and infrastructure Maintenance
