Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Systems Management: Oversee, monitor, and maintain all IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to maintain productivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of hardware (servers, IT devices, UPSs) and software (antivirus, administrative tools) to ensure efficiency.
• Network Maintenance: Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of all network systems and IT services.
• ITIL Compliance: Develop a service platform compliant with ITIL standards to enhance service delivery.
• Backup Management: Implement and manage robust backup solutions to safeguard organizational data.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement to retirement.
• Security Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies in line with internal guidelines to protect IT infrastructure.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department’s budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Deliver regular reports on IT metrics and project statuses to senior management.
• Policy Development: Formulate and implement IT policies that align with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with authorized service suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or similar roles.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Advanced knowledge of server and hardware management, including Windows servers.
o Familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
o Experience with communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
o Proficiency in Linux systems and web hosting solutions.
o Strong understanding of email systems and advanced backup solutions.
o Experience with monitoring and logging systems to ensure system integrity.
