Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and related infrastructure.
Manage firewalls, UTM's, IPS, IDS, and edge security equipment.
Enhance security posture and automate user management.
Automate asset identification and categorization.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues.
Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations.
Collaborate with other teams to address environment issues.
Create and update technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Apply patches and firmware updates.
Utilize monitoring tools, including PRTG, for network maintenance and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
At least 4 years of experience in IT Microsoft Service and infrastructure design and maintenance.
Good command of English.
Deep experience in Network and Data Centers, Linux, Windows Servers, Exchange Servers, and Skype for Business, Switching and Routing, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, Tunnel, and Disaster Recovery.
