• Develop, implement our social media strategy for brand awareness and impressions
• Setup, maintenance & working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
• Measure KPIs
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement – Decision
• Understand the needs of a campaign by negotiating with the advertiser
• Careful and responsible monitoring of campaigns
• Monitor commercial competitors and monitor all influential media
Sub and second task description:
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services.
• Managing all system back-up and restore systems.
• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
• Remotely accessing software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
