Job Description
Main Duties
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
• Train staff with IT related equipment and software
• Handling all Help Desk issues
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups)
• Monitoring the process of purchasing IT equipment
Secondary Duties
• Knowing the basics of Digital Marketing
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.)
• Website Maintenance and Technical Support of Digital Marketing
• Managing the contents of the website
• Monitoring and coordinating all the activities related to field of Digital Marketing of the company
• Cooperation with the Marketing Department and the graphic designers
• Interacting with the contractors, counselors and the partners of the company in the field of Digital Marketing
• Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
• Developing and coordinating multimedia packages.
