Job Description

-Create a database including all needed data regarding hardware, software, and network -Maintain and improve the performance of overall IT related staffs on daily basis (hardware, software, network, internet connectivity) including troubleshooting based on user’s demand (over the phone, by remote connection, presence at their stations), installing software, renew licenses, change the outdated hardware -Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP -Keep the connectivity between Tehran head office and our facility in Isfahan/Shahreza alive and ensure the accessibility of share folders -Suggest improvements to ensure the best possible functionality of IT systems -Perform backup and recovery tasks as per need -Installing, configuring and sharing computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners -Provide A to Z services to RAK Iran users -Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment -Prepare regular reports based on demands -Provide suggestions/plans for improving software, hardware, network, and internet

Requirements

-Education: Computer engineering (candidates holding network certificates are preferable) -Experience: at least 2 years in same position (with proven evidences) -Candidate will be based in our facilities in Isfahan/ Shahreza -Students cannot apply for this vacancy -Candidate should have vast knowledge in networking, Window Server, Active directory, Virtual Servers, MPLS, software and hardware troubleshooting, create and perform backup plan, network services -Candidates must have enough knowledge in setting Wi-Fi routers -Candidates must know how to use Mikrotik routers and switches -Candidates should have good communication skills, able to work under pressure and in multi-national culture, should be self-motivated, well-organized and punctual -Candidate must holding military service accomplishment card or exemption card. -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35 -Gender Preference: Male
