Job Description

As an IT System Administrator you will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting company's computer systems, Daily tasks may include installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware also you’ll be responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems. This role is absolutely essential within any organization to ensure business continuity. Main Responsibilities: • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems. • Diagnosing system errors and other issues. • Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues. • Advise user on appropriate action. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners. • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) • To manage data backup and retrieval processes. • In charge with Servers and services (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Printer Server, Antivirus, WSUS, ERP) • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
