Petiak is looking for ionic developers who will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build our new generation of the mobile applications. Responsibilities: This position will require but not be limited to the following functions: - Develop and maintain advanced applications for the ionic 2 platform - Work collaboratively and effectively with team members in the framework of Scrum/Agile development process - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance - Work with outside data sources and APIs - Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject - 2+ years experience in web application development - Demonstrated knowledge of html, css, Javascript - Demonstrated knowledge of Ionic framework 2, Typescript and AngularJS 2 - Experience with NoSQL technologies, such Couch DB and Mongo DB is a plus - Experience with RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, especially Git - Good command of Technical English language - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary - Strong attention to detail
