Job Description

-Contribution to develop a business plan and strategy to grow market share -Preparing action plans for an effective search for international sales leads and prospects according to company business plan -Proactively initiate new export customer relationships to penetrate new markets -Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships through regular contract and advocacy -Dealing with all customer inquiries and requests proposals in a professional and timely manner -Negotiating, closing, implementing and ensuring compliance to agreements with foreign customers -Shipment planning and execution as per agreement or sales orders to ensure obligation fulfillment -Conducting payment and financial processes and transactions in accordance with relative regulation -Coordinating all international sales efforts with our agents/subsidiaries and suppliers -Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Requirements

-Bachelor degree in mine or metallurgy with a master degree in business administration specialized in international marketing is desirable -Experience in mineral commodity export is a major plus -Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of intercultural communication -Knowledge and understanding of export operations and documentation -Being very precise, Well-organized, self-motivated, talented and computer-literate and loyal to work -Proficient in computer skills use /web search
