Job Description

Being strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction about poly carbonate sheets.You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Conducting business reviews and reports using CRM programs.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience. Proven work experience familiar to polymer as a CRM Supervisor or similar role Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude A team player with leadership skills.
