- Handle vendor evaluations before and after bidding.
- On-time purchasing and avoiding any supply risks both for material and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to reach an agreement for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance team to organize standard purchasing procedures.
- Prepare the cost-saving report.
- Define the lead timetable for each category to have a better delivery view.
Requirements
- Analytical decision-making and creative thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related engineering field.
- Team-oriented.
- Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office.
- Purchasing experience in project procurement.
- Knowledge of tendering processes.
- Experience in service buying.
- Expert in repair and maintenance buying.
- Experience in contract management.
