Job Description
This position is primarily focused on auditing the Group's international companies and overseas operations. Therefore, practical English proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and willingness to undertake international business trips are mandatory.
Depending on business needs and the audit schedule, international assignments may range from several days to a cumulative period of approximately one month per quarter. The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally in English and independently manage audit assignments in an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Independently plan and execute financial, operational, and process audits of the Group's international and Iranian companies.
•Apply Risk-Based and Agile Auditing approaches.
•Review processes, internal controls, documents, and agreements and identify key risks and control weaknesses.
•Conduct audit meetings and interviews and communicate effectively with management and auditees.
•Prepare concise, professional, and action-oriented audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
•Independently manage audit assignments from planning and fieldwork through reporting and
follow-up.
Requirements
• Preferred age range: 28–38 years
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Must not currently be a student and must be available for full-time employment.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or related fields.
• Practical English proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
• Strong ability to communicate in English, including professional conversations, meetings, correspondence, and reviewing business and financial documents.
• IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL iBT 75+ is considered an advantage.
• Turkish language proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with international accounting, auditing, and internal control standards and frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to think and respond quickly.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments, solve problems, prioritize tasks, and follow through to completion.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Must be legally eligible and willing to travel internationally.
• Where applicable, a valid Military Service Completion or Exemption Card is required.
