• Office and Interior Design • Design of products related to office decoration • Overall supervision on the performance of the contractors. • Estimate material and work for interior design projects • Direct, review, or approve project design changes. • Research Product Solutions • Review the architectural documents, process the design completion, provide architecture details and communicate them to contractors, and do supervision on them. • Rendering
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor in Architecture. • Demanding on Industrial Design • experienced in all phases of the design process and ability to oversee technical issues and design changes. • Understanding of building materials and systems, methods of construction and the integration of building MEP. • Understanding of building codes and Fire regulations. • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with engineering disciplines for a comprehensive design. • Self-Motivated person – Multitask. • Strong organizational skills - Having good teamwork skills to communicate with other team members. • Ability to work closely with the interior design team. • Good English, Experience working with overseas consultants is an advantage. • Experienced in Office design • Demanding on rendering
