Job Description
- Monitor the performance and capability of computer systems using diversified tools. - Figure out the malfunctioning of hardware, software, and environmental alerts. - Participate in the Mechanical & Electrical aspects of equipment maintenance or repair activities. - Coordinate safety or regulatory compliance activities. - Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance. - Preparation of technical documents required to purchase equipment and machinery orders. - Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance. - Reporting to: Head of infrastructure manager *Notice: Job location is shaparak data centers *
Requirements
- Gentlemen between 30 to 40 - 5 to 10 years of related work experience - Familiar with operation and technical support of UPS systems - Familiar with for operation and technical support of Diesel Generator sets - Familiar with operation and technical support MV panels - Familiar with operation and technical support of HVAC systems for data centers - Familiar with operation and technical support of firefighting and extinguishing systems, CCTV and access control systems - Ability of studying English documents subjected to above fields - A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. - Adequate knowledge of troubleshooting UPS, diesel generator, Power panels, and Cabling - Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities - Problems solving and root cause analysis skills - Sufficient familiarity with map reading. - Work in 24/7 environment with the ability to work in night shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Acceptable level of knowledge about Power systems, and Data centers infrastructures - Any IT certification is a plus - Ability to communicate with all levels - Ability to perform and communicate well in high-pressure situations - Ability to document and articulate technical recommendations to a variety of audiences and skill levels - Strong teamwork, interpersonal skill and interested in knowledge upgrading
