About the Role

Adorateb is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Development Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core infrastructure services, data center environments, network and security solutions, and business continuity initiatives while ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of critical IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve data center, network, server, and infrastructure architectures.
Supervise and manage servers, storage systems, network equipment, and infrastructure security solutions.
Manage, maintain, and optimize infrastructure services across Windows, Linux, Microsoft services, web servers, and related platforms.
Implement and maintain monitoring, backup, NOC, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, SOC, and business teams to ensure the availability, security, and continuity of critical services.
Establish and improve infrastructure processes based on ITIL 4 best practices.
Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation and operational handover.
Ensure infrastructure scalability, performance, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, particularly VMware products.
Strong knowledge of data center design, architecture, and operations.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft services, including AD/DC, Exchange, and related services.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and web server services.
Hands-on experience with HP and EMC servers and storage solutions.
Strong knowledge of Switching and Routing, with hands-on experience with Cisco and MikroTik products.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security, including Secure Configuration, Defense in Depth, and Security by Design.
Familiarity with SOC and SIEM concepts and environments.
Hands-on experience with Firewall, WAF, and Endpoint Security solutions.
Experience in implementing and maintaining NOC, monitoring, and backup solutions.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) solutions.
Strong understanding of ITIL 4 practices, including Change Management, Incident Management, Service Management, CMDB, and related processes.
Experience in project management within Hybrid and Agile environments.
