Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Information Systems Manager with a strong system thinking mindset, analytical approach, and future oriented perspective to lead, develop, and enhance the organisation's information systems. This role plays a key part in system integration, process optimisation, and management decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and lead the Information Systems strategy and manage related IS projects.
- Analyse organisational needs regarding operational and software systems and anticipate system development requirements using a systems approach.
- Provide expert consultation to business units on systems, methods, and operational processes, actively contributing to organisational and process transformation initiatives.
- Support the redesign of information flows and deliver integrated, effective solutions to improve organisational performance.
- Identify, analyse, and assess process related risks, and propose control and mitigation measures to ensure process stability and compliance.
- Contribute to the development, update, and continuous improvement of organisational, process, and system documentation.
- Plan and deliver training related to Information Systems and Business Process Management, and provide effective user support.
- Design and deliver management reports on system and process performance for the IT leadership and senior management.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

- Solid knowledge and hands on experience in Information Systems Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, and C#.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and integrated enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with organisational processes, BPMS, and process management principles.
- Ability to model organisational processes using BPMN.
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and methodologies.
- Understanding of Knowledge Management principles and their role in organisational development.
