Job Description

• Lead the Business Information Systems through strategy, maintenance, and support of key business applications and data reporting systems.
• Serve as a business analyst for the organization by providing direction, guidance, and recommendations to management, IT colleagues, and end users to maximize the efficiency and operation of applications.
• Data mining and analysis across disparate sources to produce accurate and useful information used to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Identify and communicate risks as well as possible mitigation plans and/or solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are meeting or exceeding the needs of the business as expressed through SLAs.
• Work with the regional and Global DAN’IS to manage the infrastructure and systems across all respective sites with respect to standards and requirements
• Responsible for the management of infrastructure and systems across all sites with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional IS teams
• Consult with internal clients to ensure agreement on system principles and satisfy their needs.
• Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business functions at an effective cost.
• Collaborate with a broad range of partners (finance, marketing, sales, and strategy) to understand the overall financial story with a focus on the big picture, root cause analysis, risks/opportunities, and action.
