Lead the Business Information Systems through strategy, maintenance, and support of key business applications and data reporting systems.
Serve as a business analyst for the organization by providing direction, guidance, and recommendations to management, IT colleagues, and end users to maximize the efficiency and operation of applications.
Data mining and analysis across disparate sources to produce accurate and useful information used to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Identify and communicate risks as well as possible mitigation plans and/or solutions.
Ensure that solutions are meeting or exceeding the needs of the business as expressed through SLAs.
Work with the regional and Global DAN’IS to manage the infrastructure and systems across all respective sites with respect to standards and requirements
Responsible for the management of infrastructure and systems across all sites with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional IS teams
Consult with internal clients to ensure agreement on system principles and satisfy their needs.
Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business functions at an effective cost.
Collaborate with a broad range of partners (finance, marketing, sales, and strategy) to understand the overall financial story with a focus on the big picture, root cause analysis, risks/opportunities, and action.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Engineering (Software) and Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience; working in a software company is an advantage.
