This expert team is responsible for monitoring all stages of design, software, and hardware implementation, as well as support after the network, is set up or doing all the work alone. Other duties of an IT expert include the installation and commissioning of the Windows operating system for the company's computer systems, as well as the installation of all applications, as well as their repair or cleaning. Roles: ● Solve hardware and software problems of all computer systems in the network. ● Network maintenance and management. ● Investigate and apply methods and solutions to deal with virus infiltration and contamination. ● Maintain network connections with the university and refer related problems to the university. ● Technical support of all network systems and units. ● Software support for all application software used in the network and centers including (office automation, training software, website, attendance, payroll accounting, etc.).
