Job Description

-We will have a team of four Industry Segment Managers for the following Industries and each Industry Segment Manager will be responsible for Business Plan, Key Account Management and Business Development of her/his Industry -Power Generation (Thermal & Hydro Power) -Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream) -Transportation (Automotive & Railway) -Steel Production (Steel and Pipe mill) -Main Responsibilities: -Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for her/his Industry in the Iranian market for entire SBG product portfolio -Keep up-to-date about all active or planned projects -Define detailed requirements and Industry trends for each of the SBG product categories -Identify Key Accounts and Engineering companies within her/his Industry and develop business through a clear action plan and strong relation with key decision makers -Define a clear and detailed demand matrix per Key Accounts and prioritize opportunities and offer regular structured update about the status of each opportunity -Secure quick technical and commercial support to her/his customers
