Job Description
• Educate and sell the immigration programs to clients and recruiting community • Provide services for immigration, educational and work-related purposes with high level of professionalism in person and through online channels; • Review and assess all incoming requests • Answer calls from potential clients and consultants to help with immigration matters • Identify clients’ needs (continuously alert and responsive to changing laws and requirements) • Arrange face-to-face meeting with clients • Prepare and submit reports to the manager and complete other written work as required.
Requirements
• Ideally 3 year of employment-based immigration and or visa experience • Professional negotiation skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Experience providing client-facing communications; • Extremely organized in a rapidly growing environment, • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives along with deep understanding and experience in delivering high levels of customer service. • Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work with a minimal supervision • Proficiency in English and/or French would be an asset • Flexible, Strong team player with ability to work under pressure.
