Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Administer the test sessions 2. Perform a variety of test administrative duties before, while and after running tests 3. Coordinate with other staff members (examiners, invigilators and …) 4. Actively promote and champion corporate values in the workplace 5. Handle inquiries & complaints and appeals. 6. Communicate the exam process (registration through to results) clearly to the customer 7. Identify and report to management changes that could be made to systems and environment to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Requirements: 1. Remarkable Management skills (i.e. delegation and problem solving) 2. Organizational skills (i.e. decision making and keeping deadlines) 3. Self-disciplined and goal-oriented 4. Fully capable of event planning (IELTS and mock IELTS sessions) 5. Extensive experience in drawing up guidelines and instructions 6. Detailed knowledge of using Social media platforms effectively for customer relationship-building 7. Computer operation skills (i.e. Google Sheets) 8. Product knowledge – able to answer queries about IELTS and explain their benefits to the customer 9. Ready to work on weekends
