Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor hardware and software troubleshooting related to internal IT.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT and electronic data operations, policies, and procedures.
- Assign Helpdesk tasks to Help desk members and control the help desk operations.
- Prepare and deliver operational or project progress reports.
- Responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the smooth running of the company, from providing technical support to developing and implementing new IT systems.
- Supervise and coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance of essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Ensure network access and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
